1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and XinHangTech Co.，Limited (“XinHangTech,” “we,” or “us”) and apply to our games, websites, content, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must meet the minimum age required in your region and the applicable store listing. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms.
2. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for non-commercial entertainment. You receive no ownership interest in our services or in-game content.
3. Accounts and game progress
You are responsible for your device and account security. Game progress may be stored locally or through a platform service and may not always transfer between devices or platforms. Do not sell, share, or transfer accounts or access credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Our games may offer virtual currency, items, or features. They are licensed, not sold; have no real-world monetary value; cannot be exchanged for cash; and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or another platform and are subject to that platform’s payment and refund terms. Prices may include applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not cheat; exploit bugs; use unauthorized software, bots, automation, or modified clients; interfere with servers or other players; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; access another person’s account; misuse support; infringe rights; or use the services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or commercial purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The services—including software, artwork, characters, stories, music, names, logos, and other content—are owned by XinHangTech or its licensors and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Feedback you choose to provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, balance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services. Maintenance, technical issues, platform changes, or events beyond our control may interrupt availability. We do not guarantee that any feature, content, or progress will always be available.
8. Third-party services
The services may link to or integrate third-party platforms, advertisements, or content. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their services.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XinHangTech and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business. Our total liability relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the applicable service in the six months before the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where a service is discontinued. Sections intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your place of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where legally permitted. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
